I live a very active life. After work, it's usually off to the gym,for some lifting and cardio. Then it's home for dinner with my daughter, homework,quality time and putting her to bed, (I'm a single parent, her mother is deceased). After she's asleep, I like to relax by practicing my guitar,harmonica, or singing. This is pretty much my everyday life, although 4-6 times a month, I'm a singer/guitar player in a local, classic rock band. I love sharing the joy of music with others, usually doing about 4 dates a month.
I'm looking for a special woman, who conducts themselves like a lady, so I can ALWAYS treat her like one. Someone who enjoys an adventure and enjoys outdoor physical activity. Someone who can carry on intellectual conversation, or just shoot the breeze. Sense of humor is vital, sarcasm is encouraged. Someone who believes in loyalty, and honesty.That takes care of themselves physically and emotionally. Who feels comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt at Fast Eddies, a dress at the Missouri Athletic Club, or rain or shine tailgating at a Rams or Mizzou game. Family and faith (not a zealot), are very important to me. I enjoy watching movies, football,baseball,and music television. I enjoy quiet, quality time.

I'm still hoping to either go to grad school or law school. The problem is finding 120K for SLU or Wash U, still hoping for a scholarship. In the meantime, my attention goes to raising my 8 year old daughter and growing in other pursuits of happiness and or self enrichment fulfillment.

I enjoy the day. To me life is about growing and experiencing things, sometimes that includes mistakes, but they make you wiser. I'm pretty much into expanding my interests, never sitting pat,always looking ahead. If you don't have my cell number you'll never catch me at home. I'm pretty laid back and even tempered, very talkative, and positive by nature. I know what I like and what I don't like and am comfortable with saying "no".

Music- Elvis, Beatles, Springsteen, Rush, Aerosmith- Classic Rock. Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, Johnny Cash,Rascal Flatts- Country. Pretty much anything but rap or hip hop. I've got 9 guitars and have been playing over 30 years, so I'm very passionate about music.

First date would be going out for drinks, coffee, appetizers, something simple just for a one on one conversation. I like to find out about a person and what makes them tick. Their likes along with dislikes, along with general attitude. It sheds quite a bit of light into their history, personality, goals, and what their aspirations and goals include. Self expression and communication are of the utmost importance. Sometimes there's a secondary activity going to a park, St. Charles Landing, something of a cultural activity. That is unless they want to ride the Katy trail, roller blade, work out or play guitar and sing together- I would be glad to accommodate these activities too! Sitting in a dark movie theater doesn't let you get to know someone.
