I'm a homeowner and live on 1/3 acre just outside the city where I'm able to keep my horse and other animals. It's a completely remodeled 1926 farm house with all the amenities of a new house on the inside but original on the outside. It’s not a large or immaculate house but it is clean and cozy.

I'm a jean type of woman who is not afraid to get my hands dirty although I do clean up rather nicely. I believe in a hard days work and rarely cheat one. I do look forward to coming home after work where my best friends are at the gate, waiting for me to open the car door so they can greet me with big, Newfoundland hugs and kisses. I then retreat to the kitchen to get a glass of wine and sit on the front porch and unwind before getting to the chores of being a homeowner.

I have two children, my daughter is 27 and my son is 25. Although they do not live with me, my son comes over quite a bit. I sometimes wonder if it's because he misses me or is hungry, as he always shows up close to dinnertime. I don't mind as I came from what some would consider a large family and can't cook a meal without having.......a lot of leftovers.

I'm looking to meet someone who will let me be me, as I will let you be you. I have been this way for 50 years and quite frankly, like myself. Must like to laugh and able to take a little ribbing as I can dish it out but also take it, all with a smile.
