Like you, I have a great sense of humor and like to have fun, enjoy meeting new people, am selective enough not to be a "serial dater", yet recognize that one date does not a marriage make ;-). So, relax because even though you may be great, unless we are at the Planetarium I'm probably not going to look at you with stars in my eyes on our first date. My point...although I am looking for someone really special, I try not to take this too seriously, so let's have some fun and see where this takes us. My work takes me from the city to the northern suburbs as well as central Illinois, I'm able to take advantage of activities just about anywhere. I enjoy Ravinia, Botanic Gardens, Zoos, sporting events, live theater (especially musicals), comedy shows, movies, dancing, skiing, all types of games...just name it and if I haven't done it, I probably would be willing to give it a try. As far as music goes, I prefer rock (classic and current top 40s), but as long as I can sing the words, I will probably listen. Travel is one of my passions that I look forward to sharing with someone special in the future. As long as I am with the right person, I also enjoy quiet nights at home, making dinner together, watching a great movie and cuddling in front of the fire.

I prefer a first date to be either at a coffee shop, wine bar, or maybe something more active like a walk in the zoo or the botanic gardens. If we both feel a connection, we can make plans to see each other again. If it doesn't work out, maybe we found a new friend in each other.
