I'm really a big kid, I love cartoons and cereal on saturday mornings. I enjoy several hobbies that might label me a "geek", but you wouldn't guess it by looking at me. I am convinced I am the torontonian to follow my preferred sport, and I love it deeply. I can talk for hours on topics of interest, WILL talk for hours if you convince me you are actually interested. But I will probably think I'm boring you and find a topic of interest to both. I make an effort to frequent the opera. I love most types of music, but lately have found myself falling for 90s "triphop" (think portishead or massive attack), and Metallica (in part because of their recent guitar hero game). I love movies, but am a harsh critic. Ask my opinion on a movie I like, and I'll tell you why I enjoyed it, but ask why I dislike a movie, and you may get a rant (after I get to know you a bit). I generally think I'm right, but can be convinced otherwise. I can by very passionate about my interests, and tend to be competitive. I love to tease, and tickle.

I love to adventure around toronto, taking in museums, the zoo, and anything else of interest. Recently I've had an urge to go rock climbing, but don't have a suitible partner. I love to cook, but it is no fun cooking for one. I make possibly the worlds best lasange, and a pretty decent loaf of bread.

I'm interested in someone who is happy to relax on the sofa in front of a good movie, and someone who can hold a spirited conversation on why they like or dislike said movie. I want someone with good taste, and can appreciate a good cheese (ask me to take you to my fav cheese store!). They should like ice cream and cookies, and hopefully good chocolate! You shouldn't be afraid of the walk to the Canada Pavilion at the zoo (for the moose of course).

I think a trip to the zoo (obviously) or something fun, like rock climbing, or mini golf, or a museum, followed by ice cream, would be a great date. There is also the classic movie date, but be prepared, I'm picky about my movies.
