I LOVE smart people. There are many varieties of smarts and I have yet to find one I didn't like. If you're talented or have pursued excellence, tell me about it (shopping doesn't count).

Good conversation, hanging out with friends, people watching. Im mildly humorous, humble, argue gently when necessary and am quick to admit Im wrong once realized. I think very little of what people say about themselves in their profile to be indicative of chemistry; and while that word is the topic, chemistry is not a synonym for 'attraction', which is how most [ab]use it. Chemistry is the side of me your personality brings out, and who in turn the side of me you brought out, brings out in you -- and how we then interact. With some people, you'll feel interesting, engaging & funny. There are people who nothing but complain in life or focus heavily on the negative. Don't just be around someone you CAN get along with.. but someone who brings out in you the side of you that you want to develop. In other words, be careful which seeds you water, you might regret the garden you grow.

People always choose such safe topics on their profile. These things are about defining your character. Your identity is NOT contained in the simple pleasures we all appreciate -it is however, contained in the positions you hold on controversial subjects. Your character lives within the paradoxes of your views.. and the stance you take on DEBATABLE ISSUES. If you want to experience the validation of being liked for you who are, define it through the contrast of how you're unique. Some [real] ways of knowing someone is to witness them going through one life's many trials or observe how someone treats others whom they have power over. Identity is expressed in the choices we make.

Im not going to 'woo' someone I don't know. If I seem like I might be interesting, and if I wrote you it means I thought you were too, lets just meet.. That's where it begins.
