I grew up in Tennessee, and like to think I have retained my Southern sensibilities, charm, and manners; if not a slight accent. I have lived in Michigan for thirteen years, and have recently decided to move back down to the Atlanta area. I do love the South, and am thrilled to have moved closer to my family. If I don't want to be a social outcast, it does appear that I will be required to play tennis in Atlanta.

I am not looking for a sugar-daddy, father figure, roommate, penpal or, "someone to complete me." I'm just looking for one special man. Sounds so easy, but... Yeah! Ya know!

If you are like me, you have spent several years single. I have been single long enough to realize I would rather spend a quiet night alone than settle for less than I deserve, or desire.

You? You are my equal. You're educated, confident, intelligent, with your head screwed on straight. You know when to take life seriously, and when to relax. If there are any grey areas we will ponder those together;as equals.

Things life has taught me:
Always trust your instincts
Everyone has baggage, some people just carry it more gracefully than others
unfortunately, love doesn't conquer all
But of course; It really is better to have loved and lost, than to have never loved at all.

I'm pretty spontaneous, and laid-back. I guess I would probably let the moment set the mood.
