My days activities vary but some things I try to do daily are the unifying facets and stretching, yoga every couple days, running every couple days, golfing every couple days.

I like to take care of some of the material things that need attention like my vehicles and maintenance on the house and gardening.

I enjoy tasting wine with a good dinner. I am pretty good in the kitchen and enjoy entertaining. Love to cook healthy.

I like all types of music but listen to smooth jazz mostly and some of the old stuff from the rat pack days etc.

I think what makes me unique is I am a soft hearted man, I can bust butt and hang with the toughest of guys, but thanks to my mom I have a tender side, I am soft spoken and am easily moved by human triumph and natures beauty as well as peoples beauty, I have a hard time holding it back when watching sad or heartwarming shows.

I can carry on a conversation about a lot of different topics, I love to treasure hunt and have been to the Gem mines in NC several times.

I have spent most of my life in Hawaii and used to surf daily for many years. I like movies and playing music as well. I am curious about human spirituality, this is for my personal growth, if you want to share then thats good but I don't need to have you on the same frequency, as long as you understand it is important to me, it is one of the wonders of my existence.

I am curious about the universe and multiverse, the ancients, Edgar Cayce, telepathy, de javu, Native american lore, Easter Island, The Lemurians and Atlantis. Always trying to become a better human being.

I love to laugh and appreciate people who turn things to the humorous side, if you don't, trust me, I will, hehe.

I have had the pleasure of traveling to Asia, Europe and Down under to Australia, seen quite a bit of North America coast to coast, Canada and Mexico.

I enjoy outdoor activities and like to throw frisbee on the beach, hike in the hills, or chill someplace in Nature. I think I am pretty normal but that is my opinion.

I would like to find a partner who is not into drama and is more on the easy going side. Someone who doesn't mind going with the flow, keeping things light, and finds the simple pleasures of life rewarding.

Someone who attempts to take care of themselves and is kind and respectful, concious of other beings, won't sweat the petty stuff etc. Someone who is fun to hang with. Did I mention I like to golf? I actually like almost any type of physical activity and water activity.

I like going for rides in my little convertible, I used to ride motorcycles but have been in a fairly serious accident but thats why I have the convertible, its also a little more comfortable. Again these are merely my personal preferences and if you wanted to give me a ride on your Motorbike, I would not turn you down.

I weigh 180 lbs so it looks like I better lose about 10 lbs. I like being fit. I ran the half marathon in Sacramento in March. Actually my office is in Sacramento but my work takes me all over the Bay Area and parts of Central Cal.

When I visualize my partner, I see a relaxed, fit person. She enjoys sharing about her day and the excitement of living, likes to do things together like make dinner and clean up together go for evening walks. Likes to read and doesn't mind being open minded about metaphysical conversations. She's interested in science and nature or will humor me when I get excited and want to share my new discovery (which is sometimes old news). I want to learn and share alike. I have to admit that when I listen to music I can move pretty well but I don't know how to dance! I like the open feeling of the country, but I also admire great architecture.

I enjoy people who smile, nothing sexier than a big bright smile. IMHO...

I think first dates should just be allowed to unfold. Meet someplace in town and walk from there to a couple of places, have a beer or a wine and then go someplace different and get something to eat and then walk someplace else for dessert. That way you can walk and chat and look around and have lots of stimulation to promote different conversations and be light hearted, the whole purpose of the date is to get a feel for each other, IMHO...
