About Me
This is my third year in Tyler. A job I really enjoy brought me here. I get to meet pretty unique characters. It took me some time to adjust to Tyler. I'm not sure I'm quite there, but I'm getting used to it. It is a really nice place actually. I do enjoy the scenery. It is quite a change from Lubbock where I went to Tech. I suppose every place has something special. I find myself missing Lubbock's sunsets, going to the rec, the Indian restaurant on 52nd street, walking around the amazing campus with those spanish style buildings, and the gamedays on saturday when the whole town got dressed in red and black (go red raiders). I'm sure one day Tyler will grow in me just like Lubbock did. I would have never thought thinking about Lubbock would have one day make me so nostalgic, haha. Here in Tyler I've found a few things I'm getting really fond of doing. I enjoy going to Linsay Park and playing disc golf with my friends. I like sitting on the deck by the lake while I enjoy a snack and just relax. I find it great that Austin and Dallas where my brothe goes to school and my cousin lives are so close. I get to hang out quite a bit in those towns. I love that my cousin has Cowboy season tickets and I have had a great time watching some great games last three years.
My taste in music has evolved a lot over the years and it has gone through very different stages. I suppose nowadays my taste in music is very eclectic. I tend to gravitate torwards alternative rock bands. I used to go to a lot of concerts. I haven't been to many lately. The last good concert I went to was Incubus in San Juan, PR. It was pretty awesome. Im planning on going to Austin City Limits in the near future. I love live music, bar hopping, and even from time to time when Ive lost all sense of shame, I'll kareoke.
I suppose I have lots more to tell, but what about I just let you ask...
