After becoming single again, a buddy of mine asked me what I was looking for in a girl and I told him “I’m looking for a girl who...”:

Likes to laugh and is maybe a little crazy but sane... let's call it spunky...yeah that's it!
Is self aware, intuitive, warm and attractive
Likes to go to go out for dinner and a movie now and then.
Enjoys camping, skiing, traveling or sitting by a fire with a glass of wine.
Is open to thinking outside the box and not afraid to discuss new ideas.
Is a complete individual without me but compatible to me.

I told my buddy that I was basically looking for a best friend in a significant other and want to feel the whole butterfly thing in a stable relationship. I told him it would be a bonus if this perfect girl understood French, enjoyed cooking and is willing to put up with some renovations since I’m renovating my pad. I want to have a team work relationship where the strengths of one will offset the weaknesses of the other but where we are both equal participants.

So what about me? I’ve been described as many things in my day and among these qualities are:

A good man, serious yet hilarious, loyal, romantic, worldly, “There’s nothing wrong with you, why are you single?”, intelligent, independent, sensitive, sarcastic, someone with a good heart but stubborn (nobody’s perfect I guess), … oh and honest.
