I do have to comment that women have mentioned that my profile says "friends" That's true but it doesn't mean that I'm not hoping to find more. I think a lot of people on here are too far ahead of themselves and are looking to find their soul mate pre-built. I'm looking for a foundation to build on. I think that the most important aspect of anything that any 2 people can build on is friendship. I want to make sure that the foundation I choose, is strong enough to build something to stand the test of time and any storms that may follow.

I've learned from my mistakes, and we all have. Don't be too quick to dismiss others because you have doubts as to whether a person will be "the one".
So what if they're not? What if instead you meet someone who shows you friendship, loyalty, honesty and trust. Should we toss that person aside just because we don't see all the variables in that person that they or we are hoping to find? What if instead you find someone who makes you laugh and who's company you sincerely enjoy but for whatever reason they aren't "the one"?

I think that's a good thing and that too many people underestimate the value of friendship in their search for something more.

Okay, now that was on the serious side but don't let it fool you. I'm a huge goofball too and love to laugh.
