don't know really where to start.. I love to cook its my passion and has been for about 10 years. Prior to that i was doing accountancy. My goal/aim is to get my own restaurant anywhere in the world serving the best food i can bang out. My taste in music is mainly rock, but i listen to anything that makes me feel good. eg, from Prong to Leftfield, from Jethro Tull to Pearl Jam.. I have a huge musical knowledge my Dad brought me up to open to all genres. I am clever, witty, intelligent, compassionate, understanding, sensitive, clean/hygienic, generous, courteous, reliable, responsible, but i'm not arrogant. I hate liars, thieves and cheats. I've never cheated on a woman, never stolen, but obviously i've told a few white lies, i think we all have.. Sometimes its easier because you don't want to hurt your friends feelings.. but never have i been malicious. In conclusion, i know and my close friends tell me that i truly am a nice guy. Obviously theres much more to it than this, but when put on the spot, you gotta just go spontaniously with the flow.. bye bye

For a first date? Thats quite deep.. It depends on mood, the click, the time, the area. I would definitely whatever the situation make it memorable. Its nice to be wined and dined on, but in my opinion, and this is what i do for a living, theres nothing like quality home-cooked food because you feel the love thats gone into it. I like to talk 'alot', so the date would never be boring, i also listen and ask questions trying to go deeper into the heart and soul of the person. A typical date would be a walk in the park, talk get to know each, get changed, freshen up, go to a good standard restaurant, maybe cinema after, or a good quality bar(not nightclub).
