I enjoy seeing new places and meeting new people. I've been called a people person but I am very shy. I like going to concerts (all kinds of music). I'm not afraid to try new things. I am fiercely loyal to family and friends. I love children, having four children and two grandchildren. I am young at heart, enjoying the simple things in life. I don't need a weekend in Paris but I do enjoy being pampered. I would like to meet someone who isn't necessarily my double but is my equal.

My ideal first date would be very simple and romantic; maybe a walk at the lake where we could get to know each other, stopping to feed the fish and ducks, or go horseback riding.
