I love the outdoors, going to beaches, swimming, fishing, anything to do with the sun although that does not cancel out thunderstorms, (love them!) I love to cook and consider myself my own favorite cook. Love it healthy, spicy, and the Food Network! I love all sports especially College Football, (Hookem Horns!) and the NFL. My favorite sport to play is raquetball. (Also, I love to hula hoop.) Love an evening with friends playing board or card games on rainy nights. I love to travel and have lived in Mexico, (Los Cabos for 6 years), and have family down there. A few of the places I've been are Roatan Hondurus, Costa Rica, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Jamaica, and have enjoyed them all. Love scuba diving, deep sea fishing, beach combing, snorkeling and rolling in the waves. Also, love laying on the beach in the sand with a nice cool drink, or around the pool in the tropics somewhere. (I can be happy laying by any pool!) Winter time I love the snow in small doses. Favorite place to snow ski is Keystone. As for music, love all kinds. Being raised in the San Francisco bay area in the 60's and 70's was the best music ever. My favorite musician at the moment is Jason Mraz. Also, love my neighbors' bands the Psychic Cowboys (rock and roll and everything!) and Sundog, ( Bluegrass)! One place I really want to visit right here in the US is Florida!! Road trip anyone!

If we weren't here in Austin and were on a beach, our first date would be in a cozy restaurant right on the beach barefooted listening to a local band or the sound of the waves. Here in Austin, love barbecue at the Salt Lick or Rudy's then maybe a nice long walk. Or just a walk in the park or a picnic lunch would be fun!
