Hmm, I can't believe how many guys on here have girlfriends... Not cool boys! If you have a girlfriend, please don't waste my time... Sorry, just not into being the "other" girl!

Let's see... I grew up in a small town between Calgary and Red Deer and moved to Edmonton 3 years ago to start my career. My friends and family are very important to me and even though I don't see them as often as I'd like, I talk to them pretty much on a daily basis. I'm sometimes shy when I first meet a person, but once I become more comfortable, I'm actually quite outgoing and fun to be around. I am a pretty happy person and care about others. I will do almost anything to make others happy or at least put a smile on their faces.

I love sports, both playing them and watching them. I used to play basketball, volleyball and softball, however, the last few years have basically been a write off for playing them (but any chance I get to play, I don't turn it down). I like watching hockey (Oilers fan all the way!), UFC fights and football. I try to snowboard every winter... I said TRY, I own my own board and boots and everything, but I'm really not very good at it, it's a learning process haha maybe I should take those dreaded lessons this year, might be helpful :P I'm not as athletic as I used to be, but I'm working very hard to fix that and have taken up 1/2 of my bedroom with exercise equipment lol (I have 4 roommates that tend to accidentally break things they touch, so it's the only place I could put my little home gym haha).

I love music. I listen to pretty much everything. I go through random phases. I love going to concerts and am pretty amazing at finding last minute deals on tickets (like floor tickets to AC/DC, that was amazing!!). I also love the music festivals like BVJ and Boonstock.

I love camping and pretty much try to go every weekend throughout the summer. Roadtrips are always fun too! I want to one day take a cross-Canada roadtrip, I think that would be really fun. I also want to travel to so many places and hopefully will be planning some trips soon (Vegas June 2010, pretty excited about that!).
