The Christmas Letter

The Christmas letter
It comes every year.
To some it brings laughter,
To some a small tear.

It tells of accomplishments,
Some big and some that are small.
It tells of trivial things,
That really don't mater at all.

Some tell of someone,
Who has done things so brave,
And others who have done things,
And should hide in a cave.

Some will brag,
About the smallest little thing.
Some will cause,
Your ears just to ring.

Some things will scare you,
About things that are bold,
And some will have in them
Things that should never be told.

Some will tell of babies,
That arrived just this year.
Others will say farewell
To family and friends I do fear.

Mine will be short,
And have little to say.
Only Merry Christmas to you
And I love you every day.

I am a hard worker first, a trapper by trade, and a poet from time to time.

I am not into drama, I believe that there are times when stuff just happens. I am not always politically correct, but am honest to the max.If you are into arguing then head on down the road, been there, rode that goat, don't want to ride it again. I will take the time to watch a fawn out in a field, or a wild turkey strut but wouldn't give a hoot to go watch a pro ball game. If you can't bait your own hook then it looks like you don't want to go fishing.
Looking for someone who wants to laugh, enjoys life, and can give as well as take.

A first meeting over a cup of coffee or dinner is always nice. A casual time where both parties can talk and get to know one another. Humor is always a great thing.
