For now I work as a Laborer, but I am returning to the Fine Arts. I use to teach art, dance and theater. I missed the art community, so I relocated to the Cities area to be closer and more involved in the arts. I enjoy all kinds of music, except for rap and some hard rock.
This has become my philosophy and belief now that I am a bit older:
A Field of Wild Daisies
As a child, one of my favorite things to do was to walk in a field of daisies.  As I got older, the daisy remained one of my favorite flowers.  To me it was and is symbolic of purity and wholesomeness.  When I was married back in the early 70's, weddings were beginning to lose their traditions.  Wanting to be among the "Flower Children", I chose to wear daisies strung through my ringlets instead of wearing a veil.  I wanted to be married in a field of wild daisies, but that was too shocking for the village community.  The village was made up of conservative farmers and Norwegian Lutherans.  Being naive and people pleasing, I agreed not to be so "radical and eccentric".  However, today I wonder how many of them sleep beneath a daisy in the field of their eternity.  And would a child bride married in a field of daisies still cause their sleep a disturbance.   
It took years, but I learned to trust Christ and His Truth as my guide, instead of the will and thoughts of others.  For I am now free indeed!
Dancing in His Light in a Field of Wild Daisies

I lived in the Netherlands and traveled Europe two more times. I love the countries and the people. I believe someday I will return to live there again. If not, I will always have vivid dreams of living in a houseboat on a canal or living in a windmill made into a comfortable home.
We live in a beautiful world with all kinds of culture and there is so much to learn about both of them.       

I am open to many ideas about "the first date". However, my preference would be to go to a museum or coffee house, converse and learn about each other.
Or I might ask if he will dance with me in a field of wild daisies.
