I live on my own 3 acres on a gentle ridgetop near Sebastopol. The views are panoramic; I can see Mt. St. Helena on a clear moonlit night and as far north as the PG&E Geyserville generating plant. I have over 40 fruit trees and over 40 table grapes as well as myriad ornamental plants. When I'm not working outside on the property, you'll find me in my woodshop where I build custom furniture.

I have practiced daily meditation and yoga since 1970. I'm happy and very comfortable here and so spend a lot of time at home. But I make frequent forays out for tennis, dogwalks, dancing, music, theatre, museums in SF or, much farther afield, love traveling in Europe, Japan or the Caribbean. Other interests are: good (not Hollywood pap) films, the stock market, crossword puzzles, science, snorkeling & scuba diving, and I’m learning to play the Conga drum! I have a great sense of rhythm and love to dance and sing.

I don't have an agenda, but I'd like to meet a woman to share some of my time with, and then let the relationship develop in its own natural way, hopefully into something long-term. I'm looking for an attractive woman who's active and in shape. I take things slowly in romance; friends first and for quite a while. I don’t smoke, drink lightly & rarely and have no substance abuse problems or STD's, and wouldn't want to be involved with someone who does.

First date would be somewhere public where we can talk and get to know each other. It could be the usual meeting in a restaurant, or at a park for a hike or dog walk (I have a Shih-Tzu named Pete) or some other place you might suggest.
