I'm 25 years old right now, and I value my friends, my job, and people in general. I'm kind of a nerd too. I love reading books on like economic theory and global history- and thats probably why I can never get a decent date- haha. Just kidding-- I also like going out to clubs, traveling (I've been to Venezuela, Peru, Guatemala, Brazil and Belize- and of course Tijuana, because I went to college in San Diego)- I like learning about other people, cultures, and I love exploring new areas. I especially like going to places where few people go- because I think that's boring, and I rather discover something new than just do what other people have done.

I teach high school. I grew up in a middle class neighborhood, and teach currently in Los Angeles, to students from South and East LA- and I can say honestly that my job has changed my perspective on life. I had no idea what other people have to come up through, and I made a decision to use my life to make a difference. It's where my head has been for the past couple of years.

But at this point I want a partner who is smart, and who will challenge me. I like being asked a lot of questions. This is probably true for most guys, but it's not always easy for me to trust other people and be really open, so I would like to form a strong trust with another person. I also like women who have their own goals, and work hard.

First date? Coffee, hand holding, a trip to El Mercadito in East LA? Bowling? Cooking badly for each other? haha- I'm open
