I am an energetic, financially independent, physically fit man with an artistic soul, a quick wit and a great sense of humor (so I’m told). I have lived in different parts of the U.S. but prefer the warm Southern California climate where I have spent most of my life.

I would describe myself as positive, friendly, self-confident, intelligent, self-motivated, funny, passionate and loving. My friends consider me to be a loyal friend and a good listener. I know my strengths and weaknesses and don’t play games; what you see is what you get. I can be serious or silly, casual or formal depending on the occasion.

I enjoy playing music, live theater, movies, dining out, travel, working out at the gym, hiking, bicycle riding and playing Scrabble. My taste in music includes jazz, oldies, classical, R&B & folk music. I play several musical instruments & regularly get together with friends to play acoustic folk music.

Although I am not religious, I do believe in a “higher power” and that there are “no accidents”. I am blessed and grateful to have a close family and many close friends and would like to meet that special someone to share my life with because “joys shared are doubled and sorrows shared are halved”.
