Ladies, What is the measure of a man? Is it the size of his waistline, breadth of his shoulders or the chisled lines of his face? Or is it what's in his heart and mind? Is the size of his bank account more important then the way he treats others around him? Offered for your consideration is a fairly intelligent, single, middle aged, employed, one woman man. I have a widely varied past both in types of employment followed and adventures experienced. I am also very eclectic in my interests. I always have at least one book that I am reading and it is rare for me to be without music playing in the background. The music that is playing could be anything other then rap, hip-hop or heavy metal, but could be opera or classical as easily as country (both classical and current) 50s &60s rock, soft jazz, Barbershop Quartet, or even "elevator music", just to name a few. I am an OTR Truck Driver and spend 3-4 weeks at a time on the road. When I come home I'm usually home for 1-2 weeks. Because I am an Owner/Operator I set my own schedule, so I can change it as I like. When I am home I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, riding my motorcycle(weather permitting)and working with wood. I actually enjoy doing alot more then just these few things, however most of my favorite activities are more enjoyable when shared with good company. It is my wish to meet someone that I can share these activities with, taking time to get to know each other and allowing things to move forward at a natural pace without feeling the need to rush into anything. Ladies, we all know that finding someone who can fill our physical needs is not too difficult. The difficult part is finding someone we can be happy sharing our life with the rest of the time. So let's see what life is like with the lights on first. It would also be nice if this were the last time I needed to start over. As my headline asks .... Will you be my Last .. First Kiss? If your dream is a cross between Rambo and Rockafeller, then you should keep looking. However, if you are seeking a real person with all the good and bad that comes in a package with over half a century of past, then lets talk.

First dates are always a bit of a problem to plan. For me, a first date should not be dinner as I was taught to not talk with my mouth full. Hard to get to know each other if you're sticking food into your mouth. At the same time, a movie or loud night club also make conversation difficult. The location needs to be neutral and public enough that both parties feel comfortable. At the same time secluded or seperated enough from others to make it possible for private conversation to take place without worrying about disturbing others if you're taken by a fit of laughter. A walk in the park, zoo or possibly a museum, would be nice. Followed by a snack at a coffee bar or maybe some ice cream. Then again, I'm open to suggestions.
