I grew up and was educated in England, then spent six years in Italy before coming to the US. I enjoy everything from the Met to the Mets. I have traveled the world, but have not visited Africa or the Middle East. Africa is a priority and I intend to get there soon. Want to join me?
I am a gourmet cook and love cooking for my family and friends. I enjoy travel, theatre, tennis, horses, music -all kinds from classical to rock. I enjoy dining out, fine wine, movies and being outside. I enjoy gardening and grow my own herbs for cooking. . Am an avid reader and feel lost if I don't have a good book to read. I welcome new experiences and friends. Most of my weekends in the winter are spent at the Horse Show here in Wellington. In the evenings I usually join friends for dinner or dinner/movie. My goals are to live a healthy, economically secure life, keeping my family and good friends close to me. I have been in Fla for 10 years, before that I lived on Long Island, NY. I am very easy going, have a great sense of humour, love to socialize and entertain, cooking for family and friends. I am a loyal friend and am always in a "good mood". Life is too short to be miserable. I live alone but am not lonely.

Ideally, for a first date I would like to meet for a drink at a restaurant with a bar, and if the first 15 minutes go well, then go on to have dinner and really get to know my date over the course of the evening. Some place unpretentious, comfortable and definitely not loud-I like to have a conversation. Then, hopefully, we can go forward from there.
