I am new to TX, and looking for someone to hang out with, and go from there. Sadly, I've already learned in this area, it's not going to be easy to find what I want! I know it's a military town, and along with it comes a lot of cussing, smoking, and drinking. But I don't want any of those. Sure cuss and have a good time with your friends, I'm not innocent either. But I don't want a man that can't control his language, and every other word out of his mouth is a four letter one. I don't drink, and honestly don't care if you do. But I don't want a frequent drinker or a chain smoker.

So if you're still reading this, what am I looking for? Well for starters, I'm a 28 year old single mother, of a great 7 year old daughter. She is my life, but I am so ready for some adult time too! I haven't dated in a few years, due to being burned pretty bad. However I am ready to move on, date again, and take it one day at a time. I'm not looking for a "hook up", or to date several guys at once. I believe if you date someone, you should give your full attention to that one person and see where it goes.

So what do I have to offer? I am a very independant woman. I work full time as a nurse, and take care of my daughter and myself on our own. I'm the woman that cooks daily, homecooked meals, not boxed ones. I'm the woman that will give my man a back rub when he's had a bad day. I'll be your best friend, and listen to whatever is on your mind. I'm a lover not a fighter. I don't believe in going to bed mad, EVER. Problems must be solved, not avoided.

So if this hasn't scared you off yet, I'd love to hear from you. I have a lot to offer, and a big heart. If it tells you anything, I am still friends with a few guys I've dated in the past. Just because it didn't work out on a romantic level, doesn't mean I drop people as friends. So if you're interested, and think you can handle me, I'd love to hear from you ;)

Also, a final note. I am looking for something serious. If you don't have time for a relationship, and are just looking for some "fun", please move on to the next profile. Oh and can someone please tell me why so many people on here read and email and never respond? Are you that cold and cruel that you can't at least say hello back? I hear that complaint a lot on this site and have dealt with it myself!
