I am your basic nice guy, family and friends are important to me. I like working on my older home, playing golf, play texas hold'em poker and generally like to have a good time. I am well educated, read often(scifi mostly) and enjoy all kinds of music with my favorite being rock old & new. I usually have fun no matter what I do and am looking for someone who remembers how to play, smile and have a good time!

First dates should be an opportunity to talk and see if there is any chemistry. I would prefer to have a quiet dinner, a little wine and a few laughs. The second date, if there is one, should be somewhere fun. Once people determine that they have chemistry, the world opens up to them and becomes their playground. I believe the second date should be determined by the first... common interests, new experiences or shared desires.
