I'm a creative, in my work and hobbies. The design of things - objects, spaces, experiences are what I study, what I work with.

My mixed race: Filipino and Ecuadorian. Yes, sometimes I salsa. Or karaoke. Not yet both at the same time. Maybe one day?

In the summer I run a lot. Hiking I like, but I try to avoid the crowds of the Grind. I also like to wander by foot or bus, exploring this growing city of ours, often with my camera.

This summer's highlight: Italy. 7 weeks. Running along the Tiber in Rome every morning was pretty - epic.

In the winter it's harder to run as often, but as long as there is no ice on the ground I go. The winter is great for movies or sitting in Chapters with a pile of books. It's also good for making art, thinking, socializing.

I really like making stuff. Right now I'm making... a robot. Yup. It's for a commissioned art project.

I do enjoy the usual fare - good food, music, movies, the occasional drink. Puns. I love puns. And really bad jokes.

I'd like to meet someone to hang out with. Someone to get into trouble with maybe. Let's chat in a pub with a cold beer, at a bookstore with a warm cup of tea, catch a film or search for the beautiful places and experiences in this city. Maybe we can share our favourite places to go Vancouver or some obscure bits of music.
