I am an educated, divorced, curvy Latina who enjoys life and loves to have fun. I had a breast cancer scare (thank God it was just a scare) but it taught me to not take things for granted. I made it a point to scratch off as many things on my "to do list" so I went back to school full time while working a full time job. It was hard but I did it!

I love salsa dancing, hanging out at a bar watching sports or going to a sporting event. I love going to the movies or just spending an evening at home in front of fire place watching a movie. I love walking by the lake front or just going on long walks listening to my music and getting lost in my thoughts. I love to sit on my balcony and watch the geese/ducks swim around the pond. I love cooking and/or going out to dinner. I do Yoga three to four times a week and I try to work out as much as possible. I love Ravinia, Arlington Park and going to concerts.

My friends describe me as loving, loyal, caring, trust-worthy, fun-loving, funny, dorky, a bit off balance...except when I'm dancing. I can be a bit of a drama queen when telling a story, but its all in good fun.

I came from a strict family and wasn't allowed to go out a lot or stay out too late. I can honestly say that my life really began once I got divorced. From where I was to where I am, I've come a long way baby. I have worked my butt off to get where I am at in life.

Now all I need is to find someone to spend time with and get to know and enjoy life. So if you are honest, sincere, trust worthy and don't play games then I'm your girl. I am honest and I don't play games and I except the same in return. I hope to find someone who I can have fun with and get to know and eventually fall in love.

For the "first meet" I would like to go to a cafe/coffee house and talk and get to know each other and see if there is chemistry.

For the official "first date" I would like to do something fun and memorable such as:

Great America - Waiting in line for hours to get on a ride...we can talk and get to know each other and make time go by fast.

Navy Pier - taking a boat ride, walking along the pier, sitting at the beer garden enjoying the day and the conversation.

Picnic at the Lake - a basket full of goodies and lost in conversation, before we know it the sun is going down and the building lights are on and we enjoy the view of the skyline at dusk.

Once we have our first date/meeting whatever you want to call it, do me a favor if you like me then fine but don't pretend you like me ask me out on another date and then blow me off. Be a man, have th balls and tell me that you are not interested. DON'T PLAY GAMES, life is too short and the last thing I want to do is play games and waste my precious time.
