I'm an honest, college-educated cop seeking an exciting and loving Christian (yes, Catholics are Christians too) woman. Prior to joining the police department, I was a transportation planner (specializing in public transportation) with two different engineering consulting firms. After 7 years I decided it was time for a change. Change has been good.

I love watching old movies at home from Netflix, watching a flamenco show while sipping Sangria, cheering at a baseball game . . . .

I enjoy traveling and would love to find a companion who enjoys traveling too. I'm on my way to Nashville and Memphis, TN. I'm soooo looking forward to seeing the Grand Old Opry, Graceland and everything in between. I'm leaving Dec 1 and returning on Dec 8. My preferred/ideal woman is a PRACTICING Christian, intelligent (you enjoy learning new things and can carry a conversation apart from superficial topics), confident (you feel good about the person you are), financially self-sufficient (you're not dating for the purpose of stretching your pay check), and attractive to the degree that I can't take my eyes off you (Proverbs 5:19; Song Of Solomon 7:1-9). In other words, you resemble the Proverbs 31:10-31 woman :-)

I hope you appreciate the biblical references. If not, then you're likely not the right woman for me. Also (and this is a biggie), I've recently made a commitment to God to no longer have sex outside of marriage. If you can't handle this, I totally understand. I was right there with you until recently. Just know that I won't cross home plate until after the reception.

How about meeting for breakfast and seeing if we can make it to lunch??! I enjoy getting to know people and exploring things we have in common. I'm not much of a drinker, so I prefer to avoid the bar scene. A cup of tea is just fine with me. Perhaps a coffeehouse? The most important criteria of a first date location is that it's relatively quiet so we can talk and get to know each other. If I could control the weather, a park bench with a hero in our laps on a nice day would be ideal as far as I'm concerned.
