My free time is spent with my son first, other family, and friends. I love being an active mom and being involved in my son's activities. I'm a runner, a reader, and karaoke singer, lol. I'm involved in church and have a great group of friends through church. Although I don't do those things necessarily in that order. My goal is to retire one day, hopefully by the time I'm 55- if not sooner, in the field that I feel that I was called to be a part of- human services. I may not be a counselor forever, but I feel that I'm am where God wants me to be right now. I'm pretty outgoing, although I might be a little shy at first. I love all kinds of music and going to various concerts. The last few concerts I attended were Kenny Chesney, All American Rejects, Maroon 5, Brad Paisley, Counting Crows, Billy Joel, and John Mayer.

The first date should be casual and fun. It should not be at a movie theater, where there is limited time to talk. If a guy goes out of his way to be creative on a first date, definite bonus points! Hopefully on the first date, the guy has done his homework on what I like, as I will have done my homework as well. There should be equal time for talking, listening, and relating! A guy that expresses his opinion is good as long as he's not too aggressive or obnoxious about it. A setting such as a casual, quiet restaurant is ideal, but not too out of the way so that it may be hard to find!
