I'm extremely independent and happy with my life as is, and don't have the DESPERATE need to find a man. On the other hand, I think life can be richer and infinitely more satisfying when you have someone special to share life's pleasures, joys, adventures, and the unavoidable frustrations that come up. I know many women "settle" because they simply don't want to be alone, but I'm looking for someone to make me smile, curl my toes, share my love and frustrations with the game of golf, love my family, and of course think I'm the best thing that ever happened to them. In return, I'll make you smile, curl your toes, love your family, and think you're the sexiest man alive.

I was a master science teacher for 22 years, but definitely not a nerd. I'm fun, look and act younger than my years, and I'm a curvy size 6. I have 3 beautiful, successful daughters, and one delightful grandson. I love "playing in the dirt" to make my home beautiful with shrubs and flowers. I haven't fished in a long time, but had a blast with it years ago, even if the fish weren't biting. I love and respect our environment, so recycle, compost, and conserve energy...but I'm not fanatical about it. I'm very handy around the house and make most of my own repairs and improvements. I've recently rebuilt a redwood fence and remodeled a bathroom.

To be fair, I need to make you aware that when I say I'm non-religious, it means just that. I have a scientific analytical mind that will not allow me in good conscience to take anything on faith alone. I realize that this limits my matches, but so be it.

I still substitute teach during the school year, so I'm only semi-retired. But I also only work as much as I want to. I have the time to devote to a relationship, travel, and have fun golfing, bowling, fishing......or whatever we decide. I'd love to hear from you if you think we are a good match.

Meeting at Branson Landing for a stroll, a drink, and time to learn more about each other would be fun. Later, a golf date if you happen to enjoy the frustrations of golf as much as I do, or dinner and conversation.
