Do not believe that there is a 'better half' for me...rather, an equal, one that complements me in regards to who I am... Luv driving to the coast; beach combing, and the deep thinking that the environment offers. Enjoy country drives to ponds, rivers and lakes, and/or just anywhere to get semi-lost in the moment. Music is 'music to my ears' and I listen to everything from country to rock-n-roll. Am a good dancer and move across the floor with ease. Write poetry at least once a year, mostly for Christmas, but on occasion get carried away with emotion. My guy should believe in a power higher than oneself, be career and family-oriented, and brandish a 'must have' sense of humor. Be able to laugh at oneself but mostly be a spontaneous wit! I am partial to a monogamous relationship; 'made for each other' type of thing. No matter how old one is your inner child should shine through. (Not the same thing as to be child-like but still have a sense of wonder and awe of one's surroundings. Luv the sunshine; to bask, to play, to revel in... Hoping to find a best friend, first and foremost.

Luncheon. Maybe a walk in the park, sitting on a park bench, or better yet on a blanket clumsily and shyly getting to know one another. Relating what interests you in a significant other, your amazements, your goals, your values as a person. And/or a walk on the beach collecting intriguing rocks, driftwood that tells a story as we tell ours,, basking in what the weather has to offer, really taking in the depth and breadth of the ocean and the person with you. Listening, hearing, communicating.
