| | I am a divorced mom of one great teenage girl. I enjoy most outdoor activities. I have horses and really enjoy taking picnic rides on the weekends. My family owns property on a small lake so we are swimmers and boaters. Being the oldest of three girls I can do the tomboy thing, some hunting and fishing with my Dad and Grandpa, but I do like to get dressed up and go out now and then.
I am pretty independant and can take care of myself but . . . I don't want to be by myself. As busy as I am with work, my daughter, my family, my friends, my home . . . it can still be lonely out there.

Hmmm, for a first date. Well, it would, of course, depend on what interests the other person has.
On a first date, I think it's best (for safety sake) to meet in a public/semi-public location (with a meal or not) and just talk about anything that comes up.
Once I am comfortable with the person (not a stalker, etc.) I would drop a bottle of wine in a saddlebag, ride out to a peaceful, remote location, spread out a blanket and just hang out, talking, laughing, etc. |
