I've read profile after profile from women describing how they don't want to meet the typical guy they find in a bar... I promise you that I'm not that guy. But I'm completely sick of meeting people who put zero effort into relationships. So if you're not serious about this, try somebody else.

So why should you get to know me? You'll find me to be extremely intelligent, caring, thoughtful and stable. As well as someone you'll have no problem having a 2-hour conversation with the first time we have the opportunity to speak with each other. And If you like to laugh as much as I do, I have a great sense of humor - even if I'm not having the best day, I always look to put a smile on other people's faces, including yours!

Even though I love to make people laugh, I’m not always a comedian. There are times to be more serious, and I’m definitely serious regarding my attitude about relationships. I believe in treating women with the affection, trust and respect they deserve, and I give 100% of my heart to the special person in my life. I also believe that every great relationship is built on a really good friendship. If you don't think we're an instantaneous love match, that's ok with me... I'll just have to work a little harder to win you over :0

Aside from what's already been mentioned, I have a great career as a professional with a successful company in the Milwaukee area. I recently bought my first house, which has been both really exciting and a lot of added responsibility. Don't worry, I'm not recruiting you to help shovel the snow off my sidewalk during the winter... although I'd settle for an occasional snowball fight in the backyard :) I love taking advantage of all the great activities the Milwaukee area has to offer - summer festivals, concerts, sports, theatre events, biking and hiking along the lake, volunteer opportunities... I'm not one of those guys who say they enjoy "everything", but I do like a wide variety of activities. Aside from what I just mentioned, I spend most of my free time socializing with friends, working on my house, playing and watching sports (Brewers, Packers, Badgers), working out and running. I'm also an aspiring rock band drummer ;) And if there isn't anything exciting going on, a night at home making dinner and taking in a movie is always relaxing too. If you're not a sports fan, don't worry... although being a Cubs fan might be a problem!

So what am I looking for in a woman? I don't have a 100-point checklist of must-haves, but being intelligent, outgoing, confident, and having a great sense of humor are essential. I'm a really active guy, so it would be great to find someone who is into staying in shape and challenging themselves with new activities. But the best relationships I've been in haven't always been with someone who is a mirror image of myself... it's more important that we enjoy being together, regardless of what we're doing. Ultimately, I want to find a woman is not just my partner, but also my best friend.
