I try to make one trip per year to somewhere new, strange, unfamiliar and interesting, its given me some great experiences. Some trips are luxury, some are bare bones, sometimes it boring sometimes its an adventure. I really enjoy cooking, and pushing myself into trying to make ethnic dishes (I even make my own bagels). I enjoy exploring and learning about other cultures and ways of life. Goals are to find someone with a great sense of humor and an independent spirit to have an honest relationship with. What makes me unique? Funny, educated, sensible well rounded and grounded person. I love good film, non fiction books, and mental challenges. I like to have fun (duh, who doesn't like fun?) I don't like going to the gym, but I do, much like going to the dentist, its a necessary evil. I am not religious, and not into any head games or dishonesty. I am a voracious reader and am always taking in new information.


My dog seems to like me, so I got that going for me.

First date would be an opportunity to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit. Nothing formal, but a good chance to be open and talk and hopefully start a relationship off honestly and truthfully.
