About Me
I moved to Oakland (around Lake Merritt) from Philadelphia for a new job 1 year ago and I still really enjoy life around the Bay Area.
I'm a big beach person, grew up with summers at the Jersey shore and I've been surfing most of my life. Now that it's almost summer, I'll try to get out to the surf spots I like around here more often. I go to the climbing gym in Oakland a couple times a week and recently got into kickboxing. Work keeps me busy; I'm traveling 1 or 2 weeks a month and boring nights in a hotel room are where I discover sites like this.
The only people I already knew in the Bay Area before I moved here have gone off on different adventures, so I need to expand my circle of friends.

Having a couple drinks in a bar and talking is usually a safe bet. That way if she is crazy you can make a quick escape..Walking around outside on a nice day is a good one too.
