I'm a very laid-back person who enjoys movies, all types of music, Rangers/Mavs/Cowboys games, and a good margarita. I love to read and write short fiction and my ultimate goal is to be able to support myself through my (creative) writing.

I have a very dry, self-deprecating sense of humor. I'm a bit of a dork sometimes, but I think I'm a fun person to be around. I'm also a big believer in dutch treat or at least sharing the expenses for dating (hey it's a bad economy!). I've been monetarily screwed around by supposed boyfriends (e.g., dropping $450 on opening game Cowboys seats only to be dumped a week later), so I know how irritating it can be to spend money on a relationship that's not going anywhere.

A good first date for me would be a cheap dinner at a hole-in-the-wall restaurant with awesome food, good drinks, and great conversation. Or maybe dinner and a Ranger's game. Or we could go bowling. . .any of these sound fun.
