I am somewhat new to this whole online dating thing...I'm a little skeptical, but its worth a shot, yes? I am not looking to jump quickly into anything, just want to get out and have a little fun with a good guy who would love to share some meals, wine, have a good time hanging out with a pretty cool girl, and see what develops.

My friends would describe me as a very warm, outgoing, and positive person...I'm the eternal optimist, and have quite a knack of finding the silver lining in every situation. I'm at a point in my life where it is peaceful, satisfying, and drama free, and that's just the way I love it! I have great friends, and they are very important to me, so I'm looking for someone that will be supportive of those relationships and be open to spending time with a great group of people.

I would describe myself as just the right amont of girly-girl; not high-maintenance, but can put on the glam when the the time comes. On a day to day, though, I'm more of a jeans and flip flops kind of girl, and can be from just out of bed to ready to head out the door in less than 15 minutes...but no one said that still can't be sexy ;-) I love to get outdoors on a beautiful day, to take a hike, hit the beach, or just sit and have a glass of wine in the sunshine. I love to travel, and am not afraid to rough it as well. I know how to pitch a tent & build a mean campfire, but I can also appreciate a little pampering at a spa once and awhile. I love to snowboard, so anyone with a passion for the mountains would be very, very attractive ;-) I love to cook, so someone who likes to eat would be good too ;-). Entertaining is one of my favorite things to do, whether it’s a casual bbq or more formal dinner party, or an all-out bash! Football season is my favorite time of year, and my house has an open door policy, which always involves great food, the game, a few beers, and maybe a few rounds of guitar hero afterward. My idea of the perfect afternoon!

I do have kids, and I am completely devoted to them, but I have a lot of kid-free time as well, and then its time to get out and play! I also have a strict policy to not co-mingle my dating life and my kids, so unless we are headed down a path of permanence, you'll probably never even meet them! I'm looking for someone kind, spontaneous, outgoing, and mostly FUN! And of course smart, funny and good-looking wouldn't hurt either ;-).
