I think my friends would describe me as friendly and warm, pretty straight forward, with a good sense of humour, reasonably intelligent, and an animal lover .
My musical tastes are pretty eclectic- from classical and jazz to Willie Nelson, native music, etc. About the only kind I don't like are Strauss waltzes.
I love to paint and try hard to make enough time to do so .
Travel has become an important part of my life now that I am able to.

I love bookstores, especially the independent ones and like reading mysteries and historical fiction..
- enjoy dining out as well as entertaining my close friends at home.
- love to be outdoors either walking my dogs, hiking, or gardening.
- also enjoy travelling and especially like cruises as I love to be near the water.
I am looking for an intelligent person with a good sense of self, one who is
considerate and warm, with a good sense of humour and not a game player.
Life's complicated enough without that.
