I realize that I cannot live without movement, laughter, family, the ocean, sunshine and freedom. With all of these things I am complete. I try to live everyday as environmentally and health conscience as possible!! I Ride my bike whenever possible.
I believe that smiling makes you happy, a hug with soften the hardest people and just respect yourself and your surroundings.
