I'm a transplant. I came to Alabama looking for a new lease on life and a new way of looking at things. I'm originally from the Kentucky/West Virginia border. I am always looking to meet new people and to do fun and interesting things. Unfortunately, I've not been too successful with that as all I do is work and sleep right now. So I hope that this website can help me to find someone to share my experiences and my adventures.

I'm not on here looking for cheap thrills, friends, or just somebody to hang out with. I'm looking for something that will last. I want that special someone that will feel the same way about me. I was in a bad relationship for a while, and I know what I don't want.

My hobbies are as follows: reading, writing, watching movies, talking about anything and everything, working out (although it seems the older I get, the less I get to do that), playing video games, and I'm sure there are other things but those are the high points.

My goal in life is to matter. I help people anyway I can. I believe in the whole pay it forward thing and that whatever you sow, you shall reap.

What makes me unique, well, I don't know for sure about that, I guess if you want to know, send me a message.

Finally, as far as my taste in music, I would say it is varied. Rock 'n' Roll and country are the top vote-getters, but I listen to a wide assortment of music such as rap, classical, pop, and folk music. If it sounds good, I'll give it a chance.

I would say that a typical first date would consist of dinner (not fast food), probably an activity such as bowling, and then possibly a walk at the park. I try to think of ways to get to know my date and give opportunities for fun. Ultimately, it would be up to both parties involved as to what the date would be.
