I enjoy riding my horse. I am into dressage and jumping. I am an animal lover. I have two English Cream Dachshunds, two horses, and a 75 gallon aquarium. Right now I am into freshwater angelfish. I like the theatre and arts, social sciences, ballet. In the past I performed in community theatre. I wrote and performed my own material in addition to doing scene studies. I like the oldies, rock and roll, southern rock, and a lot of different types of music. Despite my scientific and engineering background, I am very spiritual and have studied zen buddhism, and other far eastern religions. I practice meditation and self-realization as a regular part of my life. I have created a wonderful life for myself and would like to have a partner to share it with.

My idea of a first date would be to go somewhere that is quiet, where it is easy to talk. Maybe an art exhibit or a nice dinner at a quiet restaurant. Walking somewhere beautiful later, like a park or at the shore would be nice. The important thing to me is to get to know the other person and feel a sense of connection.
