I'm a construction technology major at the local JC. I sing in a local hardcore punk band, as well as book shows and take care of the local all ages venue. I participate in social justice and direct action activism (protesting is useless in my opinion, get out there and DO something about it, don't just complain with a picket sign). I like to make things, build them, or do them, myself. I have built a house, made wine and hard cider, decorated my own t-shirts, patched my clothes, made my own CD's (including recording 5 songs in 5 hours!!!), grown my own vegetables, built a stage, and many other things, as well as learning to do as much more as I can.

After I get my Construction Technology associates, I plan on hitchhiking, trainhopping, and walking all over the United States and Europe, then maybe a bike trip down to South America. After that I am gonna get my contractor's liscence, and with the help of some buddies, start an anarchist ideals, consensus decision making, building co-op dedicated to building the cheapest, "greenest" homes possible.

I like all sorts of music. In decending order (but depending on the artist or song, this is fluid) I like: Grindcore, crust punk, anarcho-hardcore punk, old reggae and dub, old ska, old school American hardcore punk, two tone, classic punk, revolutionary hip-hop and rap, rock music, old school country and bluegrass. There are many genres and sub-genres not mentioned there, but you get the idea.

I usually like to take a date to a concert, or if my knee wasn't injured still, bowling. Afterwards, going to a park or back to one of our places, alone or with a friend or two, to drink a bottle and talk music, politics, and philosophy. After that, whatever happens, happens.
