I am div. for 14 yrs. now. I have 3 grown son's not living at home and 8 grandchildren most of which I do not get to see only because they live to far from me. The other two I loved to have with me as much as possible. However, one has outgrown the childrens stories and goldfish, she is 21. The other one she will be 12 at the end of this month and still loves the stories at bedtime. I am looking for a Native American man preferably a traditionalist. I am 3/4 Cherokee and I have reason to believe one grandmother was Apache. I do know one grandfather which I never meet was French. My father's dad he disappeared when my dad was only a few months old. I enjoy cultural meetings, pow-wows and the out doors. Animals is a definite love of mine. I love being in the woods or on the bluffs over looking the mississippi river watching the Eagles fly over head. I am looking for a longterm permanent relationship. I really do not want to spend my last years alone. It would be wonderful to find a man who feels the same way. I am a one man's woman only and I am looking for the same. A true and only one love with a traditional background in common. I am hoping a man who can teach me more then I have had to find out on my own these past 20 yrs.about my heritage and culture.

I can not take the credit for this statement as I read it on a mans profile. However, it was the best idea I have heard of. First meet on the phone and have a few conversations. See if you like the sound of his/her voice and what the person has to say. Then when you meet you will feel you are not meeting a stranger but a friend.
