I hear all the time, "You must be too picky, or stuck up because you haven't found anyone yet?" I say, "No, that isn't it at all, I truly believe in connection and spark." I want to feel "that feeling," that feeling of comfort as if I have known this person forever, when perhaps we just met. I want that queasy feeling and butterflies and leaving that person wanting more (sooner than later). This doesn't happen often, we all know that! So we search on. Never take rejection to heart, it isn't what you did, it's simply about the spark. Yes, Yes, I AM down to earth, the girl next door who used to play jacks on my porch, while eating wax lips and moustaches...lol......and had a swing in my yard I would sit and swing on for hours and also had a bar I would swing from upside down. Remember old neighbors? We would sit on the picnic bench in our yard and have lunch in summer. All the neighbor kids played together outside--when street lights went on, we went home, or those of us old enough to remember "we never rang a DOORBELL...we simply stood by the back door and yelled out our friend's name.."ohhhhhhhh Diane....can you come out"...kids were not allowed to ring doorbells, now----THOSE WERE THE DAYS--so don't hesitate, contact me---I'm the real thing, 60, seeking intelligent, fun-loving, sensitive, down-to-earth, romantic male.
