I'm a transplanted Brit living in Northern Marin. I've been here for 10 years and can't imagine being anywhere other than the North Bay. I have 2 sons aged 7 and 9. In an ideal world I'd like to meet someone who can shares major interests and values with me (or does that go without saying?). Anyway, I'm sure you can tell from the tagline one of the things that's important to me. We like to head up to Tahoe as much as possible in the winter and I want my special someone to be able to experience the joy of family skiing with me and the boys.

The boys are excited to be doing some real camping this year, so it might help if you have an outdoorsy side to you as well.

Soccer is big in our lives. My kids both play, which means I get to coach two teams. I'm also very active in the local youth soccer association .

We live in a community surrounded by water, so summer's alot of fun. We try to have BBQs as often as possible. It's great to relax and let the kids swim in the lagoon.

I enjoy cooking, although I don't think you'll be seeing me on Iron Chef anytime soon. I'd love to be with someone who can tolerate my efforts as well as having their own culinary spark (or at least being open to trying new things)

So the bottom line is, I'm looking for someone to share the major things in my life and who wants me to share in her life. Someone who wants to be looked after, but who enjoys looking after those close to her. You're kind, have a sense of humor, and don't take life too seriously. Oh and you don't get too freaked out by kids who can't tell the difference between a T-Shirt and a napkin.

As for me, my friends tell me I'm good natured, considerate and have a great sense of humor. They say that opposites attract, but I'd rather have someone whose on the same wavelength as me.
