First and foremost I am a Mom. I feel blessed to have been given the chance to have as an amazing daughter as I do. While for most that is a turn off, I think it's one of the best things about me. And NO, I'm not out shopping for a new "Daddy" for her, she has one. But I would love to find someone that can enjoy being with me and eventually enjoy having the opportunity to share in the best part of my life. I'm a big believer in keeping my datig and personal life seperate from my daughter. Don't worry, there are no awkward meeting her on the first date.

Besides being a Mom, I'm a single woman who loves to have fun! I enjoy laughing and just having a good time. I'm sarcastic and like to joke around. I don't like to stress about drama and things I truely have no control over. For the most part I'm pretty laid back and like to take things as they come. I'd like to meet someone who can just go with the flow. I enjoy meeting new people and I'm hoping that eventually I can find someone that compliments my personality. The two most important things to me in any relationship wether it be frienship or more, is honesty and communication. Those two things are the base and root of everything else.

I enjoy my down time and my weekends. I love going to sporting events, concerts, hanging out with friends and family, running, biking, camping, cooking, sports, movies, darts, bowling, dancing, being around people, and just relaxing. I take each day as it comes and don't stress about what tomorrow might hold. I live for today. While there are a lot of things that I havn't done yet, I'd like to think that I'm pretty open to most things and usually will try most things at least once. You never know if you'll like something unless you try.

I think I'm pretty well rounded. I LOVE watching sports, especially the Cubs!! and I enoy watching a good Sunday football game (and NO, I don't need to ask questions! I do understand the games!). I know how to change my own oil,and don't mind getting durty. At the same time, I enjoy putting on a nice lil black dress and going to a nice dinner or night out. I think I have the best of both worlds. I grew up between here in Darien and down south and think the best of both have stuck.

What it is that I'm looking for?.... A best friend and companion. Someone that I can have fun with no matter what we are doing. Someone that has a good sense of humor and doesn't take everything too serious, but can be if needed. I want someone who is openminded, honest, caring, giving, trustworthy, doesn't cheat, is willing to take it slow and be friends first, and understanding. I think that covers the general idea.

Usually for a first date I try to find something fun to do, but that allows for us to talk and get to know one another. I like to go for icecream, or walks, or to a great resteraunt. I also love going bowling or to play pool or something that brings a lil competitiveness (as long as the guy wont let me win, or get mad when I truely do).
