Hello . . . Here is a little something about me. I am an athletic (once upon a time I played 1 year of college football, 2 years of Lacrosse and was a life guard) 37 year old college educated professional that has never been married and does not have any kids. I don't not smoke, but I do enjoy a good glass of red wine or good bottle of micro beer once in a while.

Just a warning for those women out there that are looking for a man to fit a certain stereotype, I am not a small man. I stand over 6 feet tall, and I enjoy to work out several times a week and have a chest that measures 52 inches and have 19 inch arms, I have the overall build of a linebacker, if you are into football.

During my early to late 20's and even into my early 30's I have worked 6 years as a bouncer, and I have no interest in the bar/club scene. Been there done that and was long time first hand observer and I am not a fan.

I moved to Reno nearly 6 years ago, to be closer to family. My brother is a disabled Vet and a single father (I help out as much as I possible) from Sacramento. I have been a Surveillance Agent (I am the eye in the sky that catches card cheats and crooked employees) for a downtown Reno Casino for 5 years now.

I roll with the idea that everyone dies eventually, but how many people truly live. I run with scirrors, drink from the garden hose, take time to smell the flowers, fall out of trees, break the speed limit, drink tequilla, talk to strangers, and crash my mountain bike...... life is an adventure that is to be lived. I beleave in what Thoreau wrote about in Walden's Pond," To live life deliberately."

I am looking for an independent, open-minded, positive, adventurous and intelligent woman. I am not looking for a "no strings attached" or "booty call" type of relationship. I am looking for a relationship that is built on chemistry, love, mutual respect, and a good balance between shared activities and separate passions.

5 Things I could not live without: Hiking Boots, Camera, A good bottle of wine, a cell phone (to keep in touch with friends and family around the country), and sun screen . . . I guess I am pretty low maintenance.

I enjoy comedy concerts, plays, visiting a dive bar (if it is not to seedy . . . and only if it has a good juke box) to play pool, a mountain hike or a spontaneous road trip. I hope some of that interests you.
