*Disclaimer, the following is a run on sentence...

I'm a Drummer, a Songwriter (play enough of each instrument to be dangerous), I use a Mac, when brushing my teeth I always floss, love my Dogs like they were children, practice a few Martial Arts, work a professional job by day but dream of being creative for a living. I'm also physically fit and generally work-out in some capacity at least once a day. It would be great to find someone that shares these same values in health and fitness, because I believe it's just as healthy for your mind as your body. I am emotionally available to the right person. Mutual respect and consistency are very important to me. These days I often spend time with the dogs (the kids) rather than hitting some club and reliving the same ground hog day experience, a caricature of "Night at the Roxbury". Thoughts that race through my head when I'm in those situations are; "if I'm here doing this when I'm 40, please kill me!" I'm fascinated as to how people wind up together. Endless variables, circumstances and timing....all the while I have to wonder what God's thinking. Maybe you can relate to this stream of consciousness.........Sometimes I wonder, in this day and age, has meeting people online become so easy to do that we start to view others as disposable? Yes, talk amongst yourselves. :P We live in an extraordinary time, we have more devices and technology to stay in touch with each other than ever before, but often times I feel we're communicating less. I believe that a "good fit"; is suppose to be simple, easy, congruent, and harmonious. Although I've had my share of encounters with the aforementioned types from my intro, I still strive to treat each person I meet on a case by case basis. I'm more than willing to leave my past relationships where they are, in the past. My hopes are that you will too. My "type" or my best thinking has landed me in my current status; SINGLE. I believe that just around the corner there are new opportunities at a better life and so that's how I live daily. "Every 'no' brings us closer to a 'YES'.

I want a relationship where my favorite songs has new meaning....where I'm excited to see you every time we get together....where my hand is never far from yours....where we can just drive around the perimeter some time on a Sunday afternoon listening to music and enjoying each others company.

In closing.....


My match would likely have no kids (which means it's not a deal breaker but I'm not exactly looking for someone specifically with kids), tired of going to bars and clubs, and take great care of their body and mind. If I don't believe there is sufficient chemistry to reply to your email, this is not a rejection. This is me deciding what is potentially a good fit for me. My hope is that no one will take offense to this because THIS is honesty. And honesty IS a good thing.
