Have you ever felt like your real life is just beginning? That perhaps everything till now has been a dress rehearsal? Lately that is how I’m feeling. Over the last few years I have undergone some pretty significant changes physically and emotionally. There has been such a large shift in the way that I think about things and approach problems that sometimes I feel like I am a different man. That I am becoming who I want to be rather than a mirror image of what someone else is or what someone else thinks I should be. When you don’t really know who you are, it is hard to have any confidence or self esteem and that is the one area of my life I feel has been most improved. It is a very liberating becoming your own person and I suppose that is why I am back on POF. A few years ago I had a lot of success meeting someone here and after a long absence I hope to repeat that success.

So after rereading that last paragraph, I think that I come across a tad more serious than I actually am. Usually I'm about as deep as a puddle ;-).

My life is fairly complete. I have a core group of close fiends, a large loving family & a job/career that I love and am very good at. The one thing missing is someone to share it with. So what am I looking for? Really I just want to meet someone cool, kind, funny, smart & confident. She doesn’t need to be a model, but she does need to be comfortable in her own skin. And I’ll try to be someone cool, kind, funny, smart & confident for you too.
