Hello. I'm a 28 year old grad student living in Champaign, IL.

I'm very focused on my degree but would also like to meet more people outside of my own department.

I'm originally from Boston, MA. Currently, I'm pursuing my MFA in Poetry, with hopes of being permanent faculty someday at a university.

Anything else you would like to know, just ask. I'm an open book.

It's interesting the command here to describe your ideal first date.

My only point would be that an ideal first date for me would be unpredictable; something that is directed by the flow of the day, the night, the two people involved. Therefore, I don't think it would be honest of me to try and idealize such a thing.

I love all sorts of things, from movies, to good food, to just hanging out and talking. I'm sure it would fall somewhere in there.
