I enjoy life and meeting new people. I think everyone was put on this planet for a reason and everyone has their own unique story. Some people were delt a good set of cards from the start, and some have to draw and hope for the best. Regardless... You can't win every hand, and sometimes it takes longer to come out ahead.

I love to play games. Not the emotional kind. Games like pool, darts, cards, board games etc... I'm a straight shooter and don't play with people's emotions.

I'm new to the whole internet dating thing. A friend of mine said he has met some really cool people here, so I figured I would give it a try. I'm not here to hook up, and never be heard from again. I just want to see what is out there, and if I meet some great people... Cool!

It depends. I like concerts and comedy. If there was a good artist or group I would suggest that first. I love to watch good comedians. There's no better way to break the awkward tension of a first date than to share in a good laugh.

I like to cook, and being single it's hard to cook for one. The more exotic the better. I'm not talking about "Fear Factor" foods, but dishes that require more than salt and pepper. It's all about the spice combinations. I enjoy cooking for that special person. It's more fun of course when it's prepared together.

I haven't been to a movie in a while. So that's another option. I'm pretty open minded when it comes to movies. It all depends on what kind of a mood I'm in. I have an extensive collection (not to sound like a dork or anything)which ranges from really good to really bad. Sometimes the worst movies are the funniest. I would have to say that "The Jerk" ranks pretty high on my favorite movie list.

Regardless... First dates are usually awkward. It's hard to be yourself because most people are afraid they won't be what the other wants. So I guess I would just be myself and have fun.
