Hi, I'm Susan. It is really hard to beleive that what may spark your interest in me is not my laugh or a funny wicked comment that I make or even just lingering eye contact. I am a single mom of a seven year old boy. He is brilliant and funny and the center of my world. (wow, sounded like a proud mom just then) I love to laugh, dance, sing, swim and have adventures. Did I mention that I love to laugh. My music tastes are eclectic, everything from Etta James to Emiem. I am creative, I sing,and paint. My friends tell me that I have a wicked sense of humor and I LOVE to laugh.I like sports though I have a hard time watching them on TV. Live is much better. I get a little carried away some times, all wrapped up in the action. I swim and walk for exercise. I like reading and when all is quiet, a book and the porch swing call my name. I do like TV as well but prefer Pbs and and old movies to the newer shows. I am working toward owning my own home, and am looking forward to the day I can garden again. My job is challenging and on occasion stressful, but always interesting. I have a great curiosity about life and what new experiences it has to offer. Currantly I am preparing to return to college, I'm still pondering a course study. I grew up in Upstate NY and I loved what the area had to offer, museums, wineries, glass art.I havent lived in NC all that long and I am still exploring and discovering what makes me smile here.s Maybe its you?

Well, as much as every girl likes the whole princess treatment, I must say that a great first date is a game of pool or darts or maybe dinner and drinks I am almost always up for some live music and dancing. On a first date though, I really would rather spend the time talking, laughing and getting to know one another rather than sitting in a movie or some other activity that would take my attention from you.
